App: NZ Underground (com.nz1labs.nzunderground) · Owner: NZ1Labs — Ihaka Soloman, New Zealand · Effective: 16 September 2026
Short version: The only data we hold about you is your leaderboard entry — a display name you chose and your score. Email us and we will delete it.
1. What we store
NZ Underground has no accounts, no sign-up, and we never collect personal information. All game data — your progress, current run, and settings — is stored only on your own device.
The single exception is the optional leaderboard. If you posted a score, our server holds two things: the display name you typed in and your score. Nothing else — no account, no email address, no device identifier, no location, no contacts.
2. How to request deletion
Email us at isoloman275@gmail.com with the subject line “Data deletion request — NZ Underground”.
Include the display name you used on the leaderboard, so we can find the correct entry. If you don't remember it, tell us roughly when you posted a score and we'll search for it.
What happens next: we delete the entry and reply to confirm. Target turnaround is 7 days.
3. Deleting local game data yourself
Your progress and settings never reached us. To remove them, clear the app's storage (Android: Settings → Apps → NZ Underground → Storage → Clear data) or uninstall the app.
4. What you should know
We do not use leaderboard entries for anything except displaying the leaderboard. We do not sell or share them.
Because there are no accounts, nothing else is attached to you — deleting the entry removes everything we hold.
After deletion, posting a new score with the same name creates a new entry (with no accounts, we can't block a name).
Leaderboard entries are public by design — that is the feature — so please choose a display name you are comfortable showing publicly.
